Winter Hair

I know we are half way through winter, but now that we are actually get winter weather, this blog comes at the perfect time. Winter is dry, dry, dry, so we need to moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! There are obviously tonnes of moisturizing products you can use. Leave in treatments are a good idea (Pantene makes a great leave in cream) . Switch your conditioner to a moisturizing one if you haven’t already (I recommend Redken, but on my budget I am using Tresemme). Also use a detangler, so when the dry wind is blowing you are preventative. Ojon makes a great one.
I like to put a heavy duty moisturizing treatment in my hair, then braid it to keep it in all day and probably all night. So do a treatment at least once a week and keep it in there longer my doing a hair do that won’t show the product (Bun, updo, etc.).
