My hair is one of my favourite parts about me, thus I invest a lot of time and money into it. When you only wash your hair once a week, you might as well make it worth it. My new favourite shampoo: Prosys Organic Shampoo. I love it because it is a cream, meaning it is more nourishing. My hair doesn't feel like it was stripped of everything it once knew and loved. It lathers a tad but is able to make its way around my head. It smells really good! That is always a bonus. Conditioner/ leave-in/Hair Mask: Chi Nourish Intense It really does leave me hair feeling great, no matter which way I use it. Sometimes when I want my hair curly I will wet my hair, skip shampoo and just conditioner and it is light enough to create nourished but not heavy curls. This also smells good. Not a conventional smell, but more spicy, like most Chi products. ...
Hi Friends! I got inspired on this DIY from the blog runwaydiy.com, definitely check it out. I went to Value Village to pick up a men's blazer for this project and had quite the fiasco, you can read about it here . Anywho, I was stoked to find a tuxedo jacket and it was only $14! I just did a quick and dirty hand stitch in here (on the inside of the jacket of course). Once for placement then twice more for reinforcement By dirty I mean I didn't even take a picture to show you, because it i...
I do a lot of things that Pinterest tells me to. Foolish? I will probably have some fails to share with you in the near future. We all know that coconut oil has many uses are it is fun to keep exploring to see what works for me. One use that popped up on my feed, was to use it as a face wash. 1. Rub coconut all over face. 2. Place a hot/warm cloth over the face for 10-15 seconds to open pores and allow more oil in. 3. Wash off excessive coconut oil. 4. Feel how clean and moisturized your face is! I no longer need to put moisturizer on after washing my face. To know why this works: Over Thrown Martha
