I always swipe a coat of mascara on the back of my eyelashes (the wand is between my eyelid and lashes) and emphasize the curl. More coverage and curl!
My hair is one of my favourite parts about me, thus I invest a lot of time and money into it. When you only wash your hair once a week, you might as well make it worth it. My new favourite shampoo: Prosys Organic Shampoo. I love it because it is a cream, meaning it is more nourishing. My hair doesn't feel like it was stripped of everything it once knew and loved. It lathers a tad but is able to make its way around my head. It smells really good! That is always a bonus. Sometimes when I want my hair curly I will wet my hair, skip shampoo and just conditioner and it is light enough to create nourished but not heavy curls. This also smells good. Not a conventional smell, but more spicy, like most Chi products. ...
I love Arbonne products! They are just great, highly pigmented, all natural and your usually buying from a friend, putting money in their pocket. They also come in a sleek black container so it can go with you in your clutch on a night out. When at a friend's Arbonne party, I saw Strawberry and decided I NEEDED it. These lipsticks are amazing, so smooth, hydrating and as long lasting as most. I am not usually a lipstick girl, so for me to make a fuss about some, is a big deal. These are highly recommended. Bordeaux Eye makeup with this one requires very light, airy, maybe even shimmery. Do NOT do...
Hi Friends! I got inspired on this DIY from the blog runwaydiy.com, definitely check it out. I went to Value Village to pick up a men's blazer for this project and had quite the fiasco, you can read about it here . Anywho, I was stoked to find a tuxedo jacket and it was only $14! Supplies used: Jacket Thread Needles Scissors I promptly went home and dud the following: 1. Washed it for obvious reasons. 2. Cut off the sleeves about 1.5 inches from the shoulder seam. This was really difficult and took a lot of thought because of the shoulder pads. I wanted to keep the pads and create a kind f point with them. Leaving that bit of fabric I could pull and pin it where I wanted to make it structured. That sounds harder than what it was. 3. Sew! I just did a quick and dirty hand stitch in here (on the inside of the jacket of course). Once for placement then twice more for reinforcement By dirty I mean I didn't even take a picture to show you, because it i...
